Academic to Casual Paragraph

Original Paragraph:
Good golfers have only about five degrees of pelvic tilt when they make contact with the ball, meaning that they lose close to 15 degrees of tilt from top to impact. But since the top-to-impact time for most Tour players is less than a third of a second, this loss or tilt converts to a very powerful thrust when the abs shorten after being stretched at address. The active loss of pelvic tilt is the same as pulling the trigger and firing a pistol. (Dr. TJ Tomasi, GOLF Magazine, May 2012)

In casual tone:
Hey golfers! If you want to get a more powerful tee shot use this tip used by Tour Pros! When Pros come down from top to bottom in their swing, they release their ab muscles to create maximum torque, therefore creating a much more powerful swing. This decreases movement and unleashes your potential energy.
